REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Rights
Merchants may cancel automatic subscription renewals at any time via their dashboard or by messaging our 24/7 activation support desk on WhatsApp (+91 89056 61674). Once cancelled, your review engine and standee links remain operational through the end of your current prepaid period.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If our AI review orchestration or physical standee does not function as described during the initial 7 calendar days of your onboarding, contact our support team for a full refund of your subscription fees.
3. Physical Tabletop Standees & Hardware Replacement
Physical acrylic tabletop standees damaged during courier transit will be re-printed and dispatched immediately at zero additional cost. Custom manufactured hardware is non-refundable once delivered in undamaged, functional condition.
4. Refund Processing Turnaround Time (TAT)
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI account or bank account) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment clearing guidelines.
